Introducing Dculus Forms

Why we built an open-source, AI-native, real-time collaborative form builder.

Most form builders make you choose: pay per response, or give up features. Dculus Forms is our answer — a fully open-source (GPLv3) form builder you can self-host for free, forever, with no response caps and no seat limits.

What makes it different

• Real-time collaborative editing. Multiple teammates can build the same form together, live, powered by Y.js/CRDT sync.
• AI-native, not AI-bolted-on. Generate a full form from a one-line prompt, then keep editing it by chatting with an AI agent that understands your form’s structure.
• Deploy anywhere. Docker Compose for local dev, Terraform modules for Cloudflare and Azure out of the box.
